Why $1,500 for a "playbook"? Can't I find scripts online?
You can find generic scripts. The Playbook is built around your specific business, your specific leads, and your specific objections. We sit through a recorded sales call (or do one ourselves), reverse-engineer where deals fall apart, and build the playbook around the real failure points.
Is the rep your employee or mine in the "Operate" tier?
Ours. They're a Crosspoint employee, dedicated to your business. You don't deal with payroll, taxes, benefits, or HR. If they're not performing, we replace them at no charge.
How does "commission paid through us" work?
We'll structure a commission rate that aligns with your margins (typically 5–15% of closed deal). You pay us monthly — we pay the rep their base + commission. You get one invoice, the rep gets one paycheck, and the math is transparent.
Can I bundle this with Lead Generation?
Yes — and most clients do. We discount the bundle ~15% because the channels share data: lead gen feeds the funnel, the sales team closes it, and the same dashboard tracks both. Ask on the strategy call.
