Got questions?

We've got
straight answers.

No fluff, no runaround. Here's everything local business owners ask us before they get started.

About Crosspoint

We help local businesses get more customers from the internet. That starts with your website — we build it from scratch, make it look great on phones, and make sure it shows up when people search for you on Google.

From there we can run your ads (Google, Facebook/Instagram), manage your online reviews, and if you need it, help you build a sales team to actually close the leads coming in. Most businesses start with just the website.

Mostly local service businesses — auto dealerships, restaurants, salons, contractors, real estate offices, medical practices, and more. If you have a local customer base and want more of them, we can help.

Our first client was Nashmi Motors, a car dealership in Harrisburg, PA. See what we built for them →

Yes. We're based in Pennsylvania but we work with businesses all over the United States. Everything is done remotely — phone calls, video calls, and we send you a private link to review your site before it goes live.

Websites

We send you a clickable design preview within 48 hours of our first call. The full build — fully working, with your content — typically takes 5 business days from design approval.

That said, how fast it goes depends partly on you. The quicker you send us your logo, photos, and give us feedback on the design, the faster it's done.

Yes, completely. You own the site, the domain name, and every piece of content on it. If you ever want to stop working with us, you take the whole thing with you — no tricks, no lock-in.

This is one of the biggest differences between us and platforms like Wix or Squarespace. With those, you're essentially renting your website. With us, you own it outright from day one.

That's actually the most common situation. We'll do a free audit of your current site — speed, mobile experience, lead capture, how it looks on Google — and walk you through exactly what's working and what isn't.

From there, you decide if you want us to rebuild it or just fix specific problems. Either way, you keep your current site running the whole time and there's zero downtime when we switch over.

Every site we build is set up to be found on Google — fast load times, the right page structure, and your business information formatted the way Google expects it. We also set up or clean up your Google Business Profile (the listing that appears on Google Maps).

That said, ranking on the first page for competitive searches takes time and ongoing work. If you want more aggressive Google visibility, that's covered under our Lead Generation service.

Yes, you approve everything before we build it. After our first call, we design every page of your site and send you a link where you can click through it like a real website — even though nothing is coded yet.

You tell us what you like, what to change, and what to move around. Two rounds of changes are included. Once you say "looks good," we build it. You never have to guess what your site will look like.

Not at all. We handle everything on the technical side — building the site, connecting it to your domain name, making sure it works on all phones and browsers, setting up your email notifications when someone contacts you.

All you need to do is tell us about your business and give us feedback on the designs. If you can send a text message, you can work with us.

Pricing and process

Websites start at $500 one-time for a simple business site, up to $2,500+ for a full dealership-style build with live inventory, a finance calculator, and multi-language support.

Every build includes 30 days of free support — maintenance, updates, and guidance, no charge. After that, the monthly plan is optional. If you want to handle hosting yourself, we walk you through the entire setup step by step until you're fully confident running it on your own. If you stay on the monthly plan at $50–$75/month, we handle hosting, security, updates, and small content changes. If you want ongoing marketing or lead generation, those are separate monthly plans starting at $400/mo.

We give you an exact price upfront before any work begins. No surprise invoices.

The one-time website build has no ongoing commitment — you pay once, you own it. Monthly maintenance and marketing plans can be cancelled any time with no penalty.

The only exception is our Local SEO plan, which has a 3-month minimum. That's because Google rankings take time to build and anything shorter genuinely isn't enough time to show results — we'd rather be upfront about that than take your money for a month and disappear.

We move your new site to your domain — your web address stays the same, your customers won't notice a thing, and there's no period where your site goes offline.

After that, if you're on a maintenance plan, we send you a monthly report showing your traffic, how many people contacted you through the site, and how it's performing on Google. We also handle any small updates you need.

That's actually the full picture of what we do. The website is the foundation — but getting it in front of people requires ads, Google rankings, and sometimes a sales team to follow up.

We offer lead generation (Google and Facebook/Instagram ads, local Google rankings), digital marketing (broader campaigns, content, reputation management), and sales team building if you need people making calls and closing deals. Most clients start with the website and add from there.

Two options — pick whichever feels easier:

Book a 30-minute call → We'll look at your current situation, tell you what we'd do, and give you a written audit of your site at the end — even if you don't hire us.

Fill out our short form → Tell us about your business in a few minutes and we'll reach out with a plan, usually within a few hours.

Still have a question?

Just email us or book a call — we're happy to talk through your situation before you commit to anything.
