This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are. Plain English first, the boring stuff second.

Who we are

CrossPoint: Web Services LLC is a digital agency operated from Pennsylvania, USA. We build websites, generate leads, run digital marketing, and support sales teams for local businesses. You can reach us at hello@crosspointhq.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect:

• Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
• Your business name — so we understand who we'd be working with.
• Your phone number (optional) — only if you provide it, only to follow up.
• Your website URL (optional) — so we can audit it before our call.
• Your message — the issue you want us to look at.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This is standard for any website and is provided by our hosting provider (Cloudflare).

Why we collect it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
• To prepare a proposal or audit specific to your business.
• To improve our site (aggregate traffic patterns only — never tied to individual identity).

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained for up to 90 days from the date received, unless you become a client (in which case we retain it for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months for tax/business records).

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Period. The only third parties that ever touch your data are:

• Cloudflare — our hosting and email-routing provider. They process the request that delivers your form submission.
• Telegram — we use Telegram for internal team notifications when a new lead arrives. Your information is sent to a private channel only we can read.
• Google — if and when you book a call via our calendar tool, you'll be subject to Google's privacy policy for that interaction.

That's the whole list. We are not running paid ads on your data, not selling email lists, not sharing with brokers.

AI Calling and CrossCall

If you request a CrossCall demo or sign up for CrossCall services, we collect your phone number and use it to place automated outbound calls using artificial intelligence voice technology provided by Vapi AI. By requesting a demo call, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive one automated call at the number you provide.

Call recordings and transcripts may be retained for up to 90 days for quality and training purposes. You may request deletion of your call data at any time by emailing hello@crosspointhq.com.

We do not sell your phone number or call data to third parties.

Cookies

We use only essential, functional cookies — required for the site to load and for our hosting provider's security checks. We do not use marketing, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not need a cookie banner because we do not set non-essential cookies.

Your rights

You can email us at hello@crosspointhq.com and we will, within 30 days:

• Tell you what data we have on you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it entirely if you ask.
• Stop processing it for any reason you give us.

If you are a California resident, you have the same rights under the CCPA. If you are in the EU/UK, the same applies under the GDPR. We do not need to charge you to exercise any of these rights.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it immediately.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We use Cloudflare's enterprise-grade infrastructure, including DDoS protection and bot mitigation. We use modern security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Content-Type-Options, etc.) to protect your browser session.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify form submitters by email.
