CrossCall Services

CrossCall is an AI-powered voice agent service operated by CrossPoint: Web Services LLC. By using CrossCall or requesting a demo, you agree to the following:

1. Demo calls are for evaluation purposes only, limited to one call per phone number per 24-hour period, and capped at 5 minutes.
2. TCPA Consent. By providing your phone number and requesting a call, you provide your prior express written consent to receive automated telephone calls using artificial intelligence or prerecorded voice technology from Crosspoint at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Opt-out. You may opt out of future calls at any time by saying "stop" during a call, or by emailing hello@crosspointhq.com.
4. No guarantee of availability. CrossCall services are provided "as is." Call quality depends on your phone carrier and network conditions.
5. Pricing. CrossCall pricing is custom and provided in writing before any service begins. No charges apply without your explicit agreement.
6. Intellectual property. The CrossCall brand name and service are proprietary to CrossPoint: Web Services LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
